Design / Business Development:

• Assist Landscape Designers in any part of design/build process.
• Conducts site analysis, take pictures, and prepare base maps.
• Meet with Designer clients, design landscape plans & render.
• Do quantity take-offs and prepare estimates. Make revisions as necessary.
• Assist with Change Order preparation.
• Assist with professional correspondence with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare 3D plans for presentations when needed. Make revisions as necessary.
• Create presentation boards with the Designers.
• Assist in sales support development.
• Build relationships to promote sales for company.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Design, Horticulture, Construction or Business.
• Must have valid driver license and clean MVR.

Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: This position requires a broad range of skills and responsibilities which include:

• Creative design aesthetic.
• Comfortable with selling landscape designs/concepts.
• AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Rhino and DynaSCAPE knowledge a plus.
• Understanding of construction process and best practices.
• Graphic design, layout, creativity, flexibility, attention to detail, deadline-oriented skills.
• Client management.
• Project construction supervision.
• Knowledge of Colorado plant material, and annuals (preferred).
• Hand rendering and hand drawing.
