Nestled in the Plum Creek neighborhood and thoughtfully designed with input from residents, the park offers an array of amenities that cater to all ages and interests. Unveiling the transformation of a 7.6-acre property acquired by Castle Rock Town Council in 2019, Emerald Park has become a community destination. One of the goals for the Town of Castle Rock is to have parks within walking distance of all residents to foster connectivity, wellness, and a sense of community.
Designscapes Colorado partnered with the Town of Castle Rock and DHM Design Corporation to lead the development of this project. This park is supported by the Parks and Recreation Capital Fund—powered by impact fees ensuring growth pays for growth.
