Rolando Patino has been a valued member of the Designscapes Colorado team since 2019 and brings more than six years of experience in the green industry. As a Supervisor, he oversees Bedcare crews, provides field support, and helps ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards clients expect. Known for his strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset, Rolando is committed to delivering outstanding results while providing exceptional customer service. He takes pride in supporting both clients and team members, helping answer questions, resolve challenges, and ensure every property receives the attention it deserves. His dedication to quality work and teamwork has contributed to his crew earning recognition as Group of the Month. Rolando holds CPR certification and believes that hard work, accountability, and a positive attitude are key to success. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his daughter and staying active in the gym. Inspired by Lionel Messi's quote, "You have to fight to reach your dream.
