Drew was drawn to the industry by the opportunity to create tangible results and transform outdoor spaces. He enjoys the challenge of balancing sales, operations, and production while building strong relationships with clients, team members, vendors, and partners. For Drew, the combination of craftsmanship, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship is what makes the industry so rewarding.

Holding certifications including SLM, SIMA-CSP, OSHA 30, HAZWOPER 40, and CDOT SWMP, Drew is passionate about optimizing systems and driving profitable growth. His focus is on improving pricing strategies, increasing crew efficiency, strengthening operational processes, and ensuring every project is executed at the right price and to the highest standard. Outside of work, Drew enjoys coaching his sons' football and basketball teams, camping, and fly fishing.
