Designscapes on HGTV
Designscapes Colorado was featured August 31, September 1 and 2, 2006 on HGTV’s Landscapers Challenge. Shot in the spring of 2005, the challenge given three firms was to create a welcoming and elegant entry for a 1940’s northwest Denver bungalow. The homeowners were given three distinct and different designs with the outcome revealed on the show. “The name of the program is actually very accurate,” says Designscapes Colorado co-founder Phil Steinhauer. “It was challenging to come up with a desirable front yard, given the budget and physical constraints of the property; it was also great fun to work with HGTV.”
