Designscapes Colorado Wins Top Honors

DESIGNSCAPES COLORADO, a Denver- based design/landscape and maintenance business  for the past 18 years, received two Grand Awards for Use of Color-Annuals, for two distinct home projects in Cherry Hills Village; the Link-Strohm Residence and the Sturm Residence. DESIGNSCAPES COLORADO has long been recognized among peers for distinct blends of vibrant and unusual color combinations that create outdoor living spaces. Annual flower designer Amelia Coyle, with her artistic sensibilities, was honored for both projects. The firm is celebrated for creating landscaping that captures the imagination and shape a beautiful sanctuary for relaxation and play.

Of the honor and her work in general, Amelia notes,   “It is always a challenge to find the perfect plantings that are colorful and sustainable while being mindful of the water needs. Whether a garden is classic in design or completely innovative approach, landscape is not something to be bought, it must be created.”

The ALCC is the premier professional organization for Colorado’s’ landscape contractors, with over 700 members across the state.
