Channel 7: Starting Seeds Indoors
Yes, it may seem a bit early, as it is still the middle of February but, now is the time to start thinking about what you are going to want to plant in your yard: vegetables, annual flowers, and perennials. Seed catalogs have already started to arrive in the mail and this is a money saving way to add plants to your landscape!
Phil will have props that demonstrate how easy it is to plant the seeds. All you need is a seed tray, soil (or peat pellets), seeds…then provide water, warmth and light and soon your seeds will germinate!
He will discuss which soil medium to use, how to plant the seeds, when to water, where to grow and more details!
