Channel 7: Plant Select

Plant Select is a cooperative program between Denver Botanic Gardens and Colorado State University that work with horticulturists and nurseries to identify the very best plants for our region.

Each year, several plants are chosen that thrive in Rocky Mountain gardens.

This year’s selections include and Phil will show a sampling of:

  • Littleleaf Mountain Mohagany
  • Korean Feather Reed Grass
  • “Lavender Ice” Ice Plant
  • Silverheels Horehound
  • “Coronado” Red Hyssop
  • “Denver Daisy” Rudbeckia
