Valeria Santos has been a valuable member of the Designscapes Colorado team for one year, serving as the Residential Administrative Assistant. In her role, Valeria assists the sales (designers) and production team (Team Managers, Project Managers, and Foremen) with team operations, schedules consultations between new clients and designers, and serves as the first point of contact for the residential team through the office phone line. She also communicates with vendors as needed, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination.

Valeria's interest in learning more about Landscaping Design inspired her to join Designscapes as the Residential Team Administrator. With over six years of experience in customer service and two years in administrative support, she is proficient in assisting her team and customers promptly in both Spanish and English.

Outside of work, Valeria is a dedicated mom to her one-year-old child. They enjoy going on walks through neighborhood trails and visiting family in Mexico whenever they have the opportunity.
