Suzy Edwards has been with Designscapes Colorado since 2009, bringing 17 years of experience in the green industry. As the Human Resource Manager, Suzy's responsibilities include acting as the Benefits Coordinator, Recruiter, leading the On-Boarding process for new employees, developing company policies, managing Workers Comp, leading the H2B Program, overseeing the Permanent Resident Program, and planning company events and functions.

In HR, Suzy recognizes the importance of both internal and external clients to the company's success. One of the best parts of her job is discussing the company's history, culture, and core values with both sets of clients. When clients send emails and calls praising our crews, it reflects the values of our employees and reinforces that they are working with an award-winning company.

Suzy loves the people who work in the green industry for their dedication to bringing beauty to life for clients and their willingness to help in any capacity, whether it's digging someone out of a snow drift, turning in a lost wallet, or offering to carry something. These extraordinary individuals come together as a team to accomplish much more than the job requires.

Outside of work, Suzy enjoys hiking, listening to music, attending concerts, taking road trips, and spending time with her husband and their four fur babies.
