Greenwood Village Residence

The design for the Greenwood Village Residence was a greenfield design on a newly developed property. The design had two main goals. First was to create the feeling that the home had been on the site for many years. Secondly, the design created an entry to the home that both welcomes and inspires.

These design goals were accomplished through the preservation of exisiting trees, the addition of plantings near the residence, and by selecting plant material that complimented the architecture of the home. Additionally the creation of a roundabout entry helped create a sense of grander and arrival at the home
