Tip of the Week! 2017 Color of the Year

It’s “Greenery”–a yellow–green hue that links with the concept of “environment”–Color of the Year for 2017 named by the Pantone Color Institute. According to Pantone, Greenery is nature’s neutral that will remind us of those first, fresh days of spring. In the midst of high-tech, fast-paced lifestyles spent in cars and cubicles, Greenery will spur us to reconnect with the natural world we innately crave.

In the design arena, Greenery is known specifically as Pantone 15-0343. You’ll see it featured all year long in fashion, furnishings and architecture.

If you love being outdoors among all things green and growing, make Greenery your personal color of the year. Step outside and connect with it in your own back yard where you can grow your own Pantone 15-0343.
