Denver Chapter 2015

Denver Chapter 2015

Get involved with ALCC’s 2016 Day of Service projects. This is one time we come together to give back within our communities – and everyone leaves at the end of the day knowing they got more back than they gave. Learn more about this year’s projects below and contact us to participate.

The Denver Chapter will work alongside students in the Career Pathway Program at Green Mountain High School, Lakewood. The project involves renovating beds at the main entrance and creating outdoor learning lab garden. We will be removing/replacing rock mulch, relocating some plants and planting other new ones. For the first time, we’re not working for a school, but with its students!

Among items needed: small equipment such as Dingos and trailers to haul debris to nearby recycle sites.

To volunteer, contact Becky Garber: bgarber@alcc.com.
